Celebrating my latest win and wanted to leave a review - as I’d forgotten I’d bought a lucky dip ticket ticket but they emailed me to let me know to collect my winnings!I have an account here for over 10 years - since the days of Lottery Millions.Great customer service - from a human not a robot. This is probably long overdue. I have played at Omni for over 10 years, super easy experience, I am lucky enough to be a VIP and have never had an issue withdrawing amounts (even when over 5K). Suzanne (my host) is amazing and has been with them as long as I have. I have in the past had issues with their support and I haven't always been easy to deal with but she navigates it and makes it work.I wish they had a bit more selection but it is my go-to if I am not playing our provincial casino.

This company is so far a good company to play with. They apparently are New to the Casino field and may have some glitches to work out, sometimes a little slow but overall experience has been very good.
